Returns and Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review the details below.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at pistonprints.contact@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll provide you with further instructions.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds?
 Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at pistonprints.contact@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at pistonprints.contact@gmail.com. 

  Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
 At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at pistonprints.contact@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
